Payment Instructions

To pay your invoice securely online, click the "Pay here securely" link above or the one provided in your invoice email. This will direct you to our encrypted payment portal managed by Stripe where you can complete your payment using:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

• ACH Bank Transfers

For any issues with the online portal, please contact our billing department.

2. Bank Transfer / Wire Payment

For clients preferring direct bank transfers, please contact us for banking information. Ensure you include your invoice number in the payment reference for proper allocation.

3. Check Payment

If you wish to pay by check, please make your check payable to Akshaya Vikas Enterprises LLC and send it to:

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in your engagement letter.

2. Late Payments: Payments received after the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowable rate under applicable law.

3. Disputes: Any disputes regarding your invoice must be reported to our billing department within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
